This manuscript is a copy of a famous treatise by the ethe century AH (12th-century CE) Arab-Sicillan philosopher Ibn Zafar al-Sigill. It gives advice for good governance to a ruler facing revolt. Handbooks with counsel on wise leadership, known as 'Mirror for Princos', wora an Important genre in Arable literature. Messages wero often conveyed through anecdotes and animal fablos.
