Change your homepage in Internet Explorer
If you’re like me and you’re annoyed by the fact you cannot change your homepage on Internet Explorer (because of corporate security settings) here is how to change it:Start → Run
Type REGEDIT

In the registry window, go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER → Software → Microsoft → Internet Explorer → Main

Look for the value START PAGE on the right panel
Right-click on it and select MODIFY

Replace the exchange URL with your new homepage address
It’s a pain to do it this way, but it’s the only way…

Annoyed by all those icons in the Task Manager?
Here’s a way to hide them…Right click on the task bar and select “Properties”

Select “Hide inactive icons” and then select “Customize”

Edit the Behavior of the icons you wish not to see by selecting “Always hide”

Click “OK”

Please note that you may still see these icons later by clicking the « symbol on the left of the Task Manager
